HelpU remote support is a service that uses real-time remote control technology to allow an advisor to resolve issues while directly viewing the customer's Android screen.
Customers can receive mobile remote support services simply and quickly without having to visit the A/S center in person.
[How to use]
1. Search ‘HelpU Remote Support’ on Google Play, install and launch it.
2. Enter the 6-digit remote authentication password provided by the agent.
3. The agent connects to the customer's Android device and starts remote support.
4. Close after completing remote support.
⚠️ Beware of voice phishing abuse
Recently, cases of impersonation of a financial institution, Financial Supervisory Service, investment institution, etc. have been reported. and subsequent remote access and installation of malicious applications. When receiving support for financial tasks such as investing or borrowing purposes, we recommend receiving in-person guidance and moving forward. When accessing remotely, be sure to check whether the target is harmful before installing the application or transferring files.
